By utilizing a continued care model, unnecessary readmission or repeating treatments and diagnostic evaluation that have been done or were not successful in the past when treating the patients wounds are eliminated from the care plan.

Patients who are medically debilitated, or have time constraints; a trip an Urgent Care Center, ER, outpatient wound care center or Primary Care Provider's clinic can be stressful, logistically complicated and may lead to worsening of the wound. These patients are ideal for managing their wounds in their homes and can be evaluated with video consultation.

Unfortunately, many patients do not qualify with their HMO's, Medicaid or Medicare for wound care evaluations and treatments in the home; so that is why I have created a competively priced fee-for service for telemedicine evaluation as provider for RevDoc using their mobile app.​
